AlgoFace, a leading provider of computer vision Face AI solutions, is thrilled to announce the release of a Freemium version of its 2D Facial Landmark Tracker (FLT) SDK. Free of cost, the Freemium FLT SDK allows engineers to utilize AlgoFace’s enabling technology to prototype and build Applied AI solutions up to the point of a commercial product.

The Freemium 2D FLT is designed to allow for non-commercial use through development phases that require face detection, face analysis, virtual face animation, head pose tracking, and iris tracking.  With support for various image and video formats, including BMP, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, and popular video formats like MP4 and AVI, the SDK provides flexible options for developers.

AlgoFace’s Freemium 2D FLT SDK will allow developers to experiment and discover the capabilities of Face AI. The freemium version of AlgoFace’s FLT SDK delivers the same exceptional face-tracking accuracy and capabilities as the commercial version. The primary limitations of the Freemium 2D FLT SDK are a reduction in speed and limitations on the number of videos and images that can be processed daily.

Users who require commercial usage rates and enhanced FPS can request an upgrade to the commercial version of AlgoFace’s 2D FLT.

AlgoFace’s Freemium SDK

The highly anticipated launch of AlgoFace’s 2D Freemium FLT SDK will take place at the SDxAI Hackathon on July 15th and 16th, held at the University of California San Diego Design and Innovation building. Attendees will have the opportunity to build on top of the cutting-edge capabilities of AlgoFace’s Freemium FLT 2D SDK firsthand.

“The launch of our Freemium 2D Facial Landmark Tracker represents a significant milestone in allowing the engineering community to easily adopt and utilize our facial analysis technology at no cost,” said Andrew Bart, CEO of AlgoFace. “With this release, we aim to empower developers to build innovative and ethically responsible AI solutions that leverage the power of facial analysis. We are excited to showcase the potential of our new Freemium SDK at the SDxAI Hackathon. It’s an exciting moment that unlocks the creative potential of engineers”.
